KALTMAN DEVELOPMENT GROUP was formed in 1987. KDG has completed residential projects as a developer/builder and has provided architectural, forensic and construction management services to numerous clients.
KDG provides consulting services in architectural design and construction documents of residential projects and care facilities. We have designed and provided construction administration services for numerous group homes for developmentally disabled clients as well as day care centers for developmentally disabled clients ranging from toddlers to seniors.
As a CASp KDG will provide services to clients in need of CASp surveys, aid in legal matters dealing with the ADA and California Disabled Access building codes and professional services to Architects in peer reviews and disabled access design conformance.
Ultimately, our goal is to create high quality buildings, appropriate to their settings and needs while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of design services – from planning and program development, through design and construction documents, to on-site inspection.
Each client receives one-on-one attention through the entire process. KDG will work with clients to obtain entitlements and to turn the client’s program needs into a building that addrsses all of the stated and implicit program goals including budgetary needs. Clients are encouraged to participate and provide input during the design process and are made a part of the team in executing the design and construction documents to the final product.
